The aim of the project OSNIRO is the development of optoelectronic materials and devices (organic solar cells, photodetectors and image sensors as well as organic light-emitting diodes) which operate in the near infrared (NIR) region. These are based on organic (semi-) conducting materials enabling compatibility with flexible substrates, large-area and low-cost production.

This project has received funding from the European Community's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7/2007-2013) under the Grant Agreement n° 607585.
